“I am so excited that we will be able to purchase the Story Champs & Blitz Extension intervention curriculum with the matching funds we received from Nebo Education Foundation!  The program and materials will be used as an additional tool to teach story structure and complex language features necessary for understanding and producing oral and written language, crucial skills that children need for academic success. As it can be used in the classroom with large groups, in small groups, and/or individually with students it has the potential to have a positive academic impact on hundreds of students over the years to come,” said Alyson Norton, speech and language pathologist at Orchard Hills Elementary.
