Payson High School students came and taught our fifth and sixth grade students about chemistry.
The fifth grade classes at Orchard Hills were able to participate in the Hope of America performance.
Foothill Cloggers performed at Orchard Hills. There were many students from Orchard Hills who performed with them.
Stephanie Wood is the epitome of a great teacher. She gives so much of herself to the school and her students. Miss Wood helps the faculty with any computer issue and maintains the school’s website. She works one-on-one with her students, helping them to reach their full potential. Miss Wood gives her students a sense of self-worth.
The second-grade has been learning about rocks and Mrs. McMullin's class enjoyed having their very own rock museum in their classroom! The kids loved seeing everyone's favorite rocks they wanted to display. Second grade ROCKS!
The second grade classes had a wonderful time on their field trip! We went to Olson's Greenhouse and ate lunch at the park behind Costco. Then we headed on over to Harward Farms for Farm Field Day in Springville. The kids had a great time and learned so much about life on a farm. It was a super day!!
The kindergarten classes just finished talking and learning about community helpers. They were able to have a couple community helpers come and talk to them about what they do. A couple firemen came along with some of those that work with the ambulance. They talked about what they do and they taught about safety. The kindergartners practiced Stop, Drop, and Roll. They were able to look at the fire truck and also walk through the ambulance. Thank you to our many community helpers!
