The kindergarten students at Orchard Hills had some fun activities in November.  Steve, from Dominoes Pizza in Payson came and showed us how they make pizza.  He even brought pizza for them to eat.  Thank you Steve!!  We also had a special presentation by Ms. Esquerra, who is one of the kindergarten teachers.  She is a Native American and belongs to the Chemehuevi Tribe.  She taught about the regelia they wear and told some Native American Indian stories.

The second-grade went on a fun field trip visiting our very own Santaquin community. We visited the Veteran's museum where Ted Jones spoke to us. We also visited the Santaquin Pharmacy, library and America's First Credit Union. We were able to perform our Thanksgiving program to the Senior Citizens and we had a blast! We look forward to this every November! The second-graders also perfomed their program for the school and again for their parents.
