2nd Grade Makes Quilts for Nebo Pantry

Submitted by chari.sorensen on Thu, 01/05/2023 - 13:55

We are so proud of our 2nd Grade classes here at Orchard Hills.  The students all worked together to tie quilts for the Nebo Pantry to help people stay warm.  The blankets were picked up by Mrs. Mason, a social worker from Payson High School, and will be distributed to those in need.   Social worker, Annie Mason said, “I'm so grateful for this thoughtful gift and to the teachers who make this possible: Jenni Coon, Kathy Kelly, Kristen Grimshaw, and Lyndee Holyoak.”  Way to go, Second Grade!

Holiday Fun!

Submitted by chari.sorensen on Wed, 12/21/2022 - 15:18

The celebrating at Orchard Hills has been nonstop during this holiday season.  We enjoyed our annual Sing Along, Nana Claus made a return this year (always a favorite of the students), the staff were given new "elf names" and some of us even made it on the "Nice" list this year!  From class parties to choir concerts we have done it all.  Thank you to parents, teachers, staff, community members and anyone that has been involved in putting smiles on the faces of our students this year.  We are looking forward to Christmas break, but we can't wait for all of the exciting things next ye
