The fifth graders from Orchard Hills went to the Central Utah Veterans Home on Friday to celebrate an early Veteran's Day with the men and women who have bravely served our country. The students sang some patriotic songs, visited with the veterans, heard about some amazing experiences, and gave each veteran an American flag pin that they made. They then went and hung up thank you posters on the veteran's doors. It was an amazing experience that won't soon be forgotten.

Thank you to the staff and students at Orchard Hills who created 108 beautiful posters for the veterans. OHE Cougars R.O.C.K.!

With all our hearts, thank you to the Veterans we met, and those around the country, who have honorably sacrificed so that we can enjoy so many rights and privaleges in this wonderful country.
