The students in Mrs. Kathy Kelley's first-grade class worked hard to tie 6 fleece blankets to send to a Navajo Indian Reservation in Lukachukai, Arizona.  Mrs. Leslie Hindes and others will be taking these blankets with Gladeeh Begaye to the Reservation to benefit any who need a warm blanket at this chilly time of year.  Mrs. Hindes also takes other items such as toys, clothes, and shoes to the people at the Reservation.  We are thankful to Mrs. Hindes for letting our class be part of this wonderful service to those in need.  We had fun learning to tie knots and are very excited to give our blankets away.
