Mental Health Parent Awareness Nights

 Nebo School District will be hosting a series of Parent Awareness Nights. The topics of discussion will include mental health and safety planning with youth. Several community service providers will be present to answer question and help individuals to access services. See the event flyer for more information.

INTRODUCING FOURTH GRADE TEACHERS

 Mr. Clay Craig grew up grew up right here in good old Santaquin, Utah.  His hero is his mom, Barbara Craig.  She is very brave even when times are difficult.  She does everything with class.  Mr. Craig enjoys spending time with family, making pottery, hiking, and reading.

DARE Graduation

DARE is a program offered to all fifth grade students at Orchard Hills Elementary. DARE stands for Drug Alcohol Resistance Education and is designed to teach students the risks involved with underage drinking, tobacco use and using illegal drugs. The point of DARE is to provide these students with the appropriate knowledge and skill set to make an educated & well-thought out decision when in the future they are confronted with drugs and alcohol.

INTRODUCING SIXTH GRADE TEACHERS

 Mrs. Sandy  Olson grew up in Seattle, Washington and Houston, Texas.  Her husband, Doug, is her hero.  He’s a survivor with a hopeful and positive attitude.  Mrs. Olson likes going on walks with her family, watching Psych episodes, and watching movies.

 Miss Jordyn Earl grew up in Payson, Utah.  Her dad is her hero because he is the most patient and kind person.  Miss Earl enjoys spending time with family, hiking, camping, swimming, and riding 4-wheelers.
